Are we calorie counting?
Not exactly. You will need to know how much energy (food) you're intaking, so you'll track what you're eating but not quite "calorie counting."
Is this macro counting?
No. We will not be focusing on macros, just calories. If you have macros or would like to track macros, you can do it with this challenge but overall, we will not be focusing on that.
Do I need to meal prep all meals?
No. If you meal prep, great. If you eat some meals out, this will be a good challenge to help you keep track of your food intake since most of us have no clue how much we actually eat when we eat out.
Does this include workouts? Should I workout?
This does not include workouts. You should have a workout routine during this challenge, even if it's just walking everyday or getting your steps in.
How is this sustainable weightloss?
The idea of learning how to be in the proper deficit is to help you lose weight at the right speed. Not too fast, not too slow, just right. This is not a "diet."
Why just 21 days? Can we go longer?
21 Days is leading us right up to Christmas and this particular challenge is to help anyone that wants to stay on track during the holidays to stay focused with some applicable tools to help keep the weight off and even lose some.
